About the role

Educational Psychology for Everyone Ltd (EPE) are keen to hear from Educational Psychologist (EP) who are interested in joining our small, friendly and well-respected multi-professional independent service. We are based in Stourbridge and currently work in close to 80 schools across

  • Dudley
  • Wolverhampton
  • Walsall
  • Worcestershire
  • Staffordshire
  • Sandwell
  • Birmingham

We are seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking individual who shares our passion for supporting children and young people and can be part of our continued success. We currently have associate work available across the aforementioned areas and patches are negotiable.

As an EP for EPE you can provide the full range of services to primary, secondary, specialist schools, academies, colleges, other partners, and parents and carers. This could include consultation, assessment, training (including registered ELSA training) and project-based work. As well as working alongside other EPs, Assistant EPs and Graduate Psychologists, you’ll be able to collaborate with our other colleagues including Play Therapists, Counsellors, Specialist Teachers and Specialist Teaching Assistant.

As our work is not driven by LA demands we are not tied down to statutory assessments and deadlines and can work preventatively, flexibly, creatively and dynamically. We recognise that, in order to support others, our team must also feel supported and as such we place a strong emphasis on staff wellbeing. A recent audit utilising the Health & Safety Executive (HSE) Stress Indicator Tool (SIT) revealed that we are performing above the 75th percentile in all areas, suggesting that our employees’ perceptions of work demands, autonomy, management support, peer support, workplace relationships, individual job roles and change management are more positive than 75% of organisations in a comparative sample. We will be using these findings to continue to develop what is working well as a team.

For our Associates we provide:

  • rates of pay at 80% of the charge to customers;
  • agile working and flexible, family friendly working arrangements;
  • access to a central office-base;
  • access to supervision which you would have to fund yourself;
  • access to text and email support throughout the day;
  • access to an extensive range of online resources;
  • ability to loan other resources e.g. assessment kits, books etc;
  • access to fortnightly Team Meetings;
  • access to termly Service Days and annual Emotional Health & Wellbeing Days.

All applicants must be professionally qualified and HCPC registered. For further information, a job description and person spec or a confidential discussion about any of the roles please contact:
