Charmian has been working for over 16 years developing her narrative practice and training. She was first introduced to narrative therapy while working at Newcastle University as an academic tutor on the postgraduate programme in educational psychology. As she develops her own practice, she has an ever-growing commitment to, and belief in, the value of narrative and has seen compelling evidence of the change it can bring about.
