Debs is now a Trainee Educational Psychologist at Newcastle University. She worked as an Assistant Educational Psychologist at Gateshead Psychological Service between 2021 and 2022. Prior to this she held a variety of roles in education, with highlights including Virtual School casework, heritage learning and primary teaching in the UK and Zambia. Her interests include social justice, language development, the experiences of children who are looked after and links between wellbeing and the arts.
