In this comprehensive series of four workshops, Juliette will explore the concept of ‘trauma informed practice’ through the lens of resilience and hope.
This course will cover:
    • What is trauma
    • The impact of trauma on the child or young person
    • Key trauma informed skills, focusing on ways to relate to and regulate children and young people with a background of developmental trauma
    • Ways to support children and young people to find strategies to deal with the impact of trauma and handle their emotions
    • The key factors that promote the resilience of children and young people
