SUMMARY:‘It just helps head off things before they become bigger’: Setting up and running EP drop-in sessions with a small group of schools with Dr Dan O'Hare
DESCRIPTION:In this EP Reach-Out Webinar Dan will share his work establishing EP drop-in sessions with three schools. The schools wanted to provide staff with the opportunity to talk with the EP more frequently and Dan will discuss the preparatory work that occurred to support these schools to pool their resources and establish a cooperative and collaborative EP drop-in session model\, within a traded context. \nWe’ll explore the psychology underpinning the model of delivery\, the pragmatics of establishing this approach\, and look at evaluative data from 20 drop-in sessions.
