DESCRIPTION:Would you like to do more systemic work in your schools and other settings and/or to engage in more project work? You can make it happen. \nNEW: group coaching taster session for Educational Psychologists. \nA one-off taster session for 90 minutes in a small group (no more than 6 EPs) relating to the broad goal: Do more systemic work and projects. \nGroup coaching harnesses the combined energy and wisdom of the group to find ways forward in relation to your personal and professional goals. The group session will be uniquely shaped by the needs\, desires and specific goals of group members. You will have chance to explore your own personal and specific goal(s) relating to this theme and you will find ways forward that will work for you. \n\nIn each group coaching taster session\, you will:\nMeet with like-minded\, inspiring and ambitious EPs\nSet personalised goals for yourself (in relation to the theme)\nContribute to and benefit from group coaching and shared ideas\, facilitated by a qualified EP and coach (Dr Fiona Coley\, DEdPsy\, CertCoach)\nConsider your options and ways forward in relation to the particular theme\nPlan next steps and accountability for yourself\, in order to achieve your goal(s)

SUMMARY:Feelings Detectives training - adapted CBT for autism and learning needs
DESCRIPTION:The Feelings Detectives is a 12-week coping skills intervention programme specifically designed for young people aged between 7 and 13 years with social communication and interaction difficulties\, including autism. The programme teaches coping skills to help young people manage anxiety using cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) principles. Young people can train to become Feelings Detectives led by the adult Lead Detective. \nThe Feelings Detectives programme has been designed and evaluated by educational psychologists within schools across the United Kingdom. \nWe are delighted to announce a Feelings Detectives online training event on Friday 16th September 2022. The training will take place online via Zoom from 9:30am to 3.30pm. \nAs part of your training fee\, you will receive a starter pack of resources including 1 Lead Detective Manual and 1 Detective Notebook for young people. \nAfter booking\, you will receive the meeting link and training resources by email.
