DESCRIPTION:Learn or refresh essential principles and practices of Solution-Focused Working\, while gaining hours of coaching CPD (practice\, observation\, participation) and the opportunity to apply the ENABLE model of Solution-Focused Coaching (Adams\, 2015\, 2016). Participants and the facilitator will share and analyse examples of SFC in practice. The aim is to provide a deeper learning experience than simply covering what might already be known.
