Working with bilingual and EAL children: Implications for practice

July 2 - 09:30 to 16:00

£175

In this workshop, we look at some of the theory and concepts of bilingualism and multilingualism and EAL learning, consider some of the advantages and disadvantages of being raised bilingual according to the literature, and explore implications and practical issues for educational psychologists and related professionals who work with these groups of children and young people.
