Mentoring Directory (pilot)
Introduction
During the pilot, mentoring is for Trainee or Qualified EPs who identify as coming from an under-represented and/or marginalised group. We recognise that personal positions of power and privilege will vary between individuals and across times, environments and situations. We will never ask you to “prove” that you can be involved in this pilot.
Mentors will not be offering mentoring to aspiring EPs during the pilot.
