Supporting & improving the transition from CAMHS to adult mental health services – bridging the gap

November 13 - 10:00 to 17:00

£295

Cost plus VAT.

The transition from Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) to Adult Mental Health Services (AMHS) is often a challenging time for young people and for services. Adolescents and early adulthood can be a critical time to ensure a smooth transition. This conference tackles the challenges of bridging the gap in mental health support during an age range when many will need it most.
This conference will update you on the latest developments and challenges during this transitional phase. By attending you will have the opportunity to learn from the latest guidance, innovative solutions, explore case studies and network with colleagues who are working to ensure continuity of care between CAMHS and Adult Mental Health support.
