Reed Webinar Series: RESTA is one year old; An update on the RESTA project

Last year I, Dr Esther Borrett, had the pleasure of speaking to Educational Psychologists on the Reed webinar about the resilience building project RESTA (https://edpsy.org.uk/blog/2024/working-collaboratively-to-develop-resilience-an-educational-resilience-programme/ ). I am pleased to be asked to report on the outcomes of the project and to update EPs on the development of the programme which now includes a primary school pilot and whole school approach to building resilience. The webinar will be an opportunity for EPs to familiarise themselves with RESTA and Resilience Support Organisation (RESO) and discuss the impact for students struggling to engage with education. There will be an opportunity to hear from RESTA and RESO practitioners and see some of the feedback from students.
