Part II: Applied Practice Skills Creative Ways to Explore Emotions with Dr Karen Treisman

13th June 2024: 9.30am – 4.30pm

This one-day immersive virtual event as shaped by you, is the follow on from our two day event on Relational and Developmental Trauma (Part I). It will focus on creative and practical ways to explore and talk about emotions.

Drawing on Karen’s extensive experience, we will:

Learn creative and practical tools for talking about and expressing a wide range of feelings.

Explore fun and engaging ways to ask questions like “How do you feel?” using miniatures, building blocks, drawing, games, worksheets, and cards.

Gain key therapeutic skills and messages to help children understand feelings.

Discover Dr. Treisman’s well-known 7 E model for enriching and expanding therapeutic conversations.

Take away practical ideas from the bestselling Therapeutic Treasure Box collection.
