Reflective Supervision Training

£350The Mulberry Bush’s Reflective Supervision training is designed to support staff with developing their knowledge and skills relating to being a supervisor. This training is suitable for anyone working within the education system.
The aim of which is to introduce you to the purpose and benefits of developing an effective, psychodynamically informed supervision structure to support a culture of organisational well-being.
It has been specifically designed to help you to develop a reflective culture, which focuses on the professional supervision of staff members. Successful completion of the course will allow you to join The Mulberry Bush network of supervisors, and an annual fresher training day.
This training takes place at MB3, our site in Toddington, Gloucestershire. This is a two day course, the cost covers food & accomodation
