This 1 day online CPD event aims to deepen Educational Psychologists’ understanding of the Neurodiversity paradigm and its application to school settings, to promote inclusion for our neurodivergent learners.

This event is led by Dr Joanne Riordan – a neurodivergent educational psychologist who has supported over 50 schools in becoming more Neurodiversity-affirming. Joanne was nominated for a 2022 National Diversity Award for her work within the field of Neurodiversity. Joanne uses her lived experience as a neurodivergent individual, personal experience as a mum in a neurodiverse family, and her professional expertise to inform her approach for this event.

This event is fast paced and interactive, and will equip delegates with specific strategies and approaches that can be recommended to schools.
