Fi and Max are passionate about connecting and supporting the EP community to flourish, find purpose and feel fulfilled. They will acknowledge the challenges facing the profession, including EPs not being able to utilise their skill set. They will talk about the importance of:
• Making connections
• Knowing your strengths and values
• Being brave
• Being curious
• Coaching and supervision

We hope this session at the end of term will inspire you and motivate you to find your purpose and craft your ideal career.
