Reed are joined by Dr David Lamb for a presentation on “Working On What Works” (WOWW). This is a solution-oriented classroom management intervention aimed at focusing on strengths and positive actions amongst the cohort instead of unacceptable behaviour.

Originally developed in the US, WOWW has since been used in both primary and secondary settings within the UK with positive feedback and outcomes.
