Charlotte is a Trainee Educational Psychologist at the University of Exeter, with prior experience working as a Head of Psychology, Secondary School Teacher, and Assistant Educational Psychologist. Charlotte's special interests include self-compassion, mental health and wellbeing, positive psychology, neuroscience, sleep, attachment, trauma and ACEs.
