Dave has been an educational psychologist for 35 years and has a specialist interest in helping young people develop behavioural self control and in promoting therapeutic mentoring for staff to use with children. Dave has published widely and actively campaigns for a reduction in the use of psychotropic drugs in the UK. He a member of the DECP Committee and the NICE ADHD Guidelines Group.
