Flo is a PhD student at Swansea University, looking at the support needs of young people affected by adverse childhood experiences (ACEs). Previously working as a teacher and an Assistant EP, Flo is interested in centring young people’s voices and perspectives in her research and strengthening the link between educational research and practice.
