Phil is co-director of the CPD Doctorate in Educational Psychology at UCL. He worked in local authorities for many years. His research and professional interests include dynamic assessment and mediated learning, the psychology of community, implementation and impact evaluation, consultation, and the history of the profession. He has always been passionate about educational psychology and its practices.
