Sam is the Principal of The Duston School in Northamptonshire, which is a 2000 strong all-through school and one of the most dramatically transformed and improved schools in the country. Sam is also a respected voice within education and has written four books to date, including The Behaviour Manual and They Don’t Behave For Me.
