We’re launching a fund to support grassroots, community ideas and projects. Small, simple grants of up to £200.
Why we’re creating a community fund
When we started out we had all the ideas, a team of willing volunteers, motivated and excited allies…but no financial support or sponsorship and nowhere to go for funding. There’s currently nowhere in our profession that offers money in support of making grassroots ideas a reality.
We are changing that.
Our community is bursting at the seams with creative people and teams who have ideas that can improve the lives and experiences of children, families, educational staff and other psychologists.
We want to support that. To foster innovation. To cultivate creativity.
Since we launched we’ve had the pleasure of sharing the work of over 200 authors, supported around 100 first-time blog writers, publicised over 1000 events and welcomed over hundreds of people to our festivals, to name but a few things.
This fund is the next step for us in living our values to connect, share and inspire.
