A charity fundraising yoga session from edpsy and SorChakra to support children and families in Ukraine

About this event

edpsy is teaming up with the incredible Sorcha, from SorChakra Yoga, to bring you a special, one-off, fundraising Yoga session for charities supporting children and families in Ukraine.

At edpsy we’re currently fundraising for the work of UNICEF UK, in Ukraine. Estimates suggest that over 1 million people have already fled Ukraine, and as is the case with any conflict, children suffer the most.

Signing up the for the Yoga session:

  1. The only requirement to attend this session is that we’d ask you to donate to either UNICEF UK (link below) or any other related charity.
  2. Give as little or as much as you can, any amount makes a difference to those in need
  3. Please take a screenshot of your donation
  4. Signup for the free yoga session
  5. Be ready at 7pm on 15th March at home, in a space where you can flow
