Consulting to headteachers and other leaders: a systems-psychodynamic approach with Drs Xavier Eloquin and Dale Bartle

16/09/2021 - 16:00 to 16:30

Free

Drs Xavier Eloquin and Dale Bartle will talk about how a systems-psychodynamics approach to consultation with headteachers and other leaders can be a highly effective tool in an EP’s skillset, linking the personal and the professional in ways that may not be immediately obvious to the role holder. Drawing on their experiences working with leaders, managers and others in authority positions Dale and Xavier will explore the unique contributions that psychodynamic and systems thinking can make to the world of the EP as they engage with increasingly complex social systems.
