This two day training is run by founders of Emotion Coaching UK and gives delegates the opportunity to learn more about the theory and practice behind Emotion Coaching. Topics included:
- recent neuroscientific research behind emotions including the stress response system
- attachment awareness and behaviours
- how to be an effective Emotion Coaching practitioner
- meta-emotion philosophy
This training satisfies the training element of the Emotion Coaching Practitioner Trainer quality mark.
