This two day training is run by founders of Emotion Coaching UK and gives delegates the opportunity to learn more about the theory and practice behind Emotion Coaching. Topics included:

– recent neuroscientific research behind emotions including the stress response system
– attachment awareness and behaviours
– how to be an effective Emotion Coaching practitioner
– meta-emotion philosophy

This training satisfies the training criteria for Emotion Coaching UK Practitioner Trainer status.
