EP Career Goals: Progressive Pathways Workshop

06/01/2023 - 09:30 to 11:30

£95

Educational Psychologists, do you want to follow your passions and really make a difference in 2023? Join my interactive career goals workshop.

Who this workshop is for

  • Are you ambitious, driven and wanting to really make a difference?
  • Do you want do meaningful work?
  • Are you feeling stuck/frustrated and ready to find ways forward?
  • Are you in bored, under-challenged and/or in fear of stagnation?
  • Are you ready to progress in your EP career?
  • Are you open-minded, reflective and looking for inspiration?
  • Would you like a supportive, structured and safe space to plan your career goals for 2023 and beyond?

What’s this workshop about?

As a result of this 2-hour highly interactive, reflective and practical workshop, you will:

  • Discover what you want to ‘have,’ ‘be’ and ‘do’ in your EP career for 2023 and beyond
  • Identify which ‘Progressive Pathways’ might you be interested in and consider how can you take steps forwards in your EP career
  • Have clarity about what you want ‘more’ and ‘less’ of in your career
  • Use a guided framework to begin writing your career goals for yourself in 2023 and beyond (your draft goals will continue to ‘percolate’ and take shape after the session – trust me: it’s a process)
  • Start considering how to achieve your goals (your plans will also continue to percolate after the session)

Workshop format

This online workshop will offer a mixture of:

  • Input and ideas from Dr. Fiona Coley (aka The Ed Psych Coach)
  • Guided self-reflection activities from my ‘Progressive Pathways’ workbook (I’ll email this to you beforehand). We can turn our cameras off for reflection activities.
  • Small group discussion (breakout rooms), reflections and inspirational chats with other like-minded EPs

This sounds invaluable – can we do more than 2 hours!?

Trust me, we will achieve a lot in 2 hours and you’ll leave feeling enthused, uplifted and inspired. If you still want more, there’s two exciting opportunities for further support to achieve career fulfilment:

  1. Attendees will get exclusive early access to join my ‘Progressive Pathways’ group coaching program (online). This will be a small group of like-minded EPs (no more than 6). You’ll get coaching, accountability and encouragement to actually achieve those goals. The group will be needs-led and shaped by you (we’ll agree how frequently to meet, and when – such as monthly sessions during daytime/twilight/evening). Places are limited (6) and likely to get snapped up fast! Those who express interest will be first to be offered places.
  2. You can access my bespoke 1:1 coaching packages, in which we can reflect further and go deeper. We can explore how your character strengths and your values can be used to shape your goals. We will plan how to actually achieve your goals and you’ll get personalised accountability so you actually get there. When working with me, I give you 100% commitment to getting you where you need to be. I am actually fully booked at the mo, but I’ll be releasing more slots for 1:1 coaching from February 2023. Get in touch to join my waiting list.
