EP Group Coaching taster session – Goal 1: Do more systemic work and projects

£22.15Would you like to do more systemic work in your schools and other settings and/or to engage in more project work? You can make it happen.
NEW: group coaching taster session for Educational Psychologists.
A one-off taster session for 90 minutes in a small group (no more than 6 EPs) relating to the broad goal: Do more systemic work and projects.
Group coaching harnesses the combined energy and wisdom of the group to find ways forward in relation to your personal and professional goals. The group session will be uniquely shaped by the needs, desires and specific goals of group members. You will have chance to explore your own personal and specific goal(s) relating to this theme and you will find ways forward that will work for you.
- In each group coaching taster session, you will:
- Meet with like-minded, inspiring and ambitious EPs
- Set personalised goals for yourself (in relation to the theme)
- Contribute to and benefit from group coaching and shared ideas, facilitated by a qualified EP and coach (Dr Fiona Coley, DEdPsy, CertCoach)
- Consider your options and ways forward in relation to the particular theme
- Plan next steps and accountability for yourself, in order to achieve your goal(s)
