This webinar will provide an overview of doctoral thesis research into the educational experiences of students with introverted personality styles, with a particular focus on their wellbeing and emotional adjustment.

The project consisted of two phases and used a mixed methods design to explore the views of introverted young people of secondary school age, educational psychologists, and secondary school teachers. The findings will be discussed, as well as implications for EP practice.
