Jeremy (a Trainee Educational Psychologist) conducted a small-scale research project in Southend-on-Sea to explore how special school teachers supported pupils to make the transition into post-16 settings. This webinar shares findings which will be useful for all those supporting pupils with SEN manage the post-16 transition.
