Pre-reading and self-reflections (1hr):
• Read through your FREE Flourishing Workbook (worth £10)
• Complete your PERMA wheel (choose B&W or colour version)
• Make a note of any thoughts/reflections that you’ve had so far…

In the live interactive workshop session (1hr) we will:
• Explore your PERMA wheel in greater depth
• Reflect (in small groups) what this means for you
• Identify areas you want to work
• Set yourself personalised goals
• Begin to plan how you could achieve your goals
