Giving Expert Opinion and Testimony

This training seeks to explain and demystify the Court Arena for Psychologists and Therapists practicing in a range of fields from Child & Family, Criminal and Clinical Negligence. It will take you through the expert process step by step; from taking instruction, assessment and formulation, report and giving testimony in Court.

Although the training will be virtual, it will be practical and engaging to ensure that you leave the training feeling more confident in providing your expert opinion.

This training will be delivered by Dr Sue Candy, Registered Consultant Clinical Psychologist and Director. Sue has been giving expert opinion since 1993 and has accumulated extensive experience, including high profile and complex cases.
