Insights and Solution Circles

April 14 - 14:00 to 16:00
£85

Following the overwhelming success of our Spring workshops and in the light of the new White Paper: Every child achieving and thriving – Derek Wilson and Colin Newton co founders of Inclusive Solutions are delighted to announce a new series of online group problem-solving workshops: The Fresh Approach: Insights and Solution Circles

This is our most recently evolved problem-solving model—a 50-minute expanded version of the Solution Circle. It integrates the best of the Circle of Adults methodology into a streamlined format that is highly effective for work with professionals. Designed to reduce exclusions and strengthen mainstream inclusion, this process delves deep into the relational and emotional world of the child while generating very practical, actionable strategies. Developed by Colin Newton and Derek Wilson (the pioneers behind the Circle of Adults approach), the Insights and Solution Circle is a high-impact, 45- 60-minute problem-solving framework designed to get teams “unstuck.” While many professional meetings focus on “fixing” a person or a problem, this approach focuses on understanding and community. It is the perfect “middle ground” for teams who need more depth than a quick Solution Circle but don’t have the 90 minutes required for a full Circle of Adults. Using the signature Inclusive Solutions methodology, the process follows a disciplined, graphic-led sequence. Rooted in the values of inclusion and person-centered planning, these circles are more than just a meeting—they are a way of building team resilience.
