A flexible two-day training event. Delegates can choose to attend both days or day one only.

Day one: an overview of the impact of sleep, sleep science, behavioural sleep disorders, behavioural interventions and sleep training techniques.

Day two: sleep and trauma, sleep hygiene, sleep and ASD/ Down Syndrome/ cerebral palsy, sleep and culture and practical case study exercises.
