The workshop will include an introduction to the ACT model, a brief overview of its extensive evidence-base and a core focus on some of its many applications within school contexts. As examples of school-based applications, the workshop introduces participants to the use of ACT-based protocols for supporting and enhancing staff well-being and performance, as well as techniques to build resilience in teenagers.
