Webinar: Becoming an EP (Dorset Council)
- This event has passed.
If you are thinking of applying for the doctorate in educational psychology, are in the middle of applying, or just want to know more about what educational psychologists do, then this session is for you.
Ben, Rosie and Lucy (current trainees based in Dorset) will take you through a brief look at what EPs do, the experiences you need to have to apply, the content of the course, and ultimately why educational psychology is a brilliant career choice all round (OK, so we might be a little bit biased!) We’ll also leave some time to answer any questions you might have, as well as talking to Alison, one of our seniors, about her reflections of the role.
If you are at all interested in what educational psychologists do and whether that might fit with your career interests going forward, please email us at lucy.parr@dorsetcouncil.gov.uk; ben.higgins@dorsetcouncil.gov.uk or rosie.pengelly@dorsetcouncil.gov.uk registering your interest, along with any questions you have, and we’ll look forward to meeting with you virtually on 28th October at 15:30.
