Dr Dan O’Hare is an experienced educational psychologist with an established media profile including work with the BBC, The Guardian, The Times, Sky News and Al Jazeera, podcast host and Director of edpsy.

This coaching provides individualised support that builds directly on your professional goals and upcoming media opportunities.

Each coaching package offers three or five one-to-one sessions, giving you protected time to refine your messaging, practise interviews, and work through real examples from your own professional media activity.

Media skills coaching sessions

Sessions may focus on:

  • Preparing for specific upcoming interviews or media opportunities
  • Developing and testing clear, evidence-based key messages aligned with your work
  • Reviewing previous interviews, articles or public commentary
  • Practising short, realistic interview scenarios based on your actual media work
