EPs, are you ready to Craft your Ideal Career? This group coaching taster series is a chance to begin to explore how you can make it happen.

- Would you like to fully use your strengths and skillset at work, so that your EP career is motivating, engaging and fulfilling?

The group coaching taster sessions will give a ‘flavour’ of the main group programme, in which you will:
- Meet with like-minded, inspiring and innovative EPs
- Explore ideas from positive psychology, coaching psychology, solution-focused psychology and motivational interviewing to craft your ideal career
- Contribute to and benefit from group coaching and shared ideas, facilitated by Dr Fiona Coley, The Ed Psych Coach
- Begin to consider your options and ways forward in your career
- Plan next steps and accountability for yourself, in order to achieve your goal(s)
