Compassion Focussed Coaching – Training for supervisors (April 2027)
Compassion Focussed Coaching (CFC) is a peer-reviewed, manualised and evidence-based group supervision model. This training offer is for practitioners delivering supervision in education, to provide the knowledge, skills and supervision they need to offer CFC to their schools.
CFC is shown to:
Increase perceived resilience
Increase ability to understand complex student behaviour
Increase the ability to give/receive compassion
