FreeThis session will give a brief introduction and overview of the Prosocial Process Framework and some of the work we’ve been doing using the framework in Bristol. Prosocial is a group-based intervention based on the insights and principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, as well as on the pioneering work exploring effective communities carried out by the Nobel prize winning political economist Elinor Ostrom.
