Adam is an EP in Essex. He is particularly interested in how psychological understanding of behaviour, adolescent development and belonging can help schools reduce reliance on exclusionary and counterproductive punitive practices, whilst amplifying the perspectives of children and young people through relational, trauma-informed and neuro-affirming approaches.
