Jo is an Assistant Principal Educational Psychologist and Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. As a practitioner scholar, her key areas of expertise lie in the areas of action research, teaching and learning, and leadership practice. She currently holds teaching, research, and leadership roles within Bury Council and Lancaster University Management School.
